Time: Wednesday, 9:52 p.m.

Location: 117-31 135th Street, Queens

Last night, police responded to a call and found a 45-year-old black man of no known residence who had been shot in the torso. Tommy Roberts was pronounced DOA at Jamaica Hospital. As of this morning, there had been no arrests, and police were still investigating.
