Joseph Boateng, 64, of West 141st Street disappeared on August 15.He was last seen wearing a brown Yankees cap, a white short-sleeve button shirt with blue stripes, brown pants and black polo sneakers. Milton Kravitz, 61, of Surf Avenue near West 23rd Street in Brooklyn was last seen there on August 14. He's 5'8", 160 pounds, and was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and a black hat; he's described as being in "poor mental health."
