The police are looking for your help in finding the person who fired a stray bullet and killed an elderly woman at Surfside Gardens in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn.
Anna Surman, 87, of West 31st Street was struck in the neck by the bullet Sunday evening. The police are offering $12,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the shooter.
