DATE: On Friday 8-21-2009 at approximately 0320 hours
LOCATION: in front of 410 Beach 54 Street
The police are saying that a 19-year-old man was shot and killed outside 4-10 Beach 54th St. in the Rockaways early Friday. He was shot in the side of the head. He was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he was declared dead. His identity has yet to be released by the police.
