LOCATION: 560 Euclid Avenue, Brooklyn.

A 15-year-old boy was shot and killed just after midnight Saturday as he left a Brooklyn party. The slain youth was identified as Craig Shelton of Fountain Avenue in Brooklyn. He was declared dead at the scene.

The Daily News reported that Shelton had a pregnant 17-year-old girlfriend, and he was looking forward to the baby's birth. He had told friends he wasn't feeling well. He was hit by gunfire near the Cypress Hills Houses as he walked home. The motive in the shooting remains unclear. There have been no arrests.

"He was so wonderful, respectful," his grandmother, Iris Gucman, 55, tells the News. "He didn't deserve this. He was too young for this."
