Somebody Got Murdered: Murder-Suicide-Catacide on Staten Island

LOCATION: 39 Goller Place, Staten Island.
A Staten Island man called police yesterday morning and said two things: I've accidently shot my cat. I've accidentally shot my wife.
As police drove toward the couple's duplex, the man, John Pizon, 51, walked into a bedroom and delivered a fatal shot to his own head.
Karen Pizon, also 51, was found mortally wounded with a gunshot wound to the chest (The Daily News says in the back of the head). She was taken to Staten Island University Hospital, where she was declared dead.
John Pizon was a plumber and a gun collector. A .22-cal revolver was found at the crime scene.
