LOCATION: 23-21 94th street, Queens.

A Queens teenager has been arrested for allegedly shooting a 21-year-old rival late Friday, the police say. Chris Oliva, 16, of 94th Street allegedly pulled out a gun and fired into a parked car, killing Rahmeek Johnson, 21, of Waltham Street. Oliva was arrested on murder and weapons charges. Johnson was taken to Elmhurst Hospital where he was declared dead.

The Daily News reports that Oliva and Johnson had been arguing earlier in the evening. It's unclear what the fight was about. Oliva's mother claimed to the News that her son had felt "threatened for weeks and wanted to strike before they got to him."
