Somebody Got Murdered: Argument in Bronx Bodega Ends in a Death

The police have identified a man shot fatally in the Bronx early Saturday as Benigno Martir, 36, of East 158th st. Martir was shot once in the chest, after an argument with two men inside a bodega spilled into the street, the New York Post reported. Martir was declared dead at Lincoln Hospital.
