The ACLU writes to tells us that "Neither the ACLU nor the ACLU of Colorado has any involvement in the representation of the Heene family."
Glad we cleared that up -- OK, back to hearsay and innuendo! Alderden says he's heard that the FAA may be looking to fine Heene "figures estimated up to $2 million." Robert Thomas, the guy who sold his "I Helped Richard Heene Plan a Balloon Hoax" story to Gawker, is reported being sought by authorities himself for questioning. And now people are getting into fistfights outside the Heene residence. We grow prouder of our country every day.
