A second teen, 18-year-old Gregory Calas, faces charges in the Cambria Heights gunfight last Friday which killed 13-year-old Kevin Miller and wounded an unidentified 17 year old. The District Attorney's office is calling the shooting gang related.

Friday, Queens DA Richard A. Brown charged Calas with murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and tampering with physical evidence. Another suspect, Nnonso Ekwegbalu, 16, was arrested and arraigned on Monday. Police say that Ekwegbalu confessed to the shooting.

According to Brown, Calas and Ekwegbalu were members of the Crips, and their targets were three members of the Bloods. Neither accidental victim was associated with a gang.

Miller's mother, Donna Greaves, buried him yesterday with his Play Station portable and a Spaulding basketball.
