Bill Clinton recently taped a Daily Show segment in New York, and the autograph hounds of TopPix lay in wait. When he arrived, they begged for a signing; the former President said, "I gotta go do this first, I'm late" -- clearly implying consent. But when he left the studio, the famously prevaricating Clinton snubbed his disappointed fans. Guess the rumors that he's running again must be fake.
