Another Subway Masturbator Arrested

It seems the subway masturbation epidemic persists: the Brooklyn Paper reports that a 28-year-old passenger on the G Train was yanked, so to speak, at Smith-9th Street station for riding "naked with an erect penis out on public view" and charged with public lewdness on October 9. Back in July a man, yet uncaught, went robbin' and wankin' on the trains, and in August cops rousted Kevin Bishop for stroking on the 3 (Bishop claimed "it just popped out"). Rudolph Giuliani warned us about this!
