Good morning! It's officially Philly-Turnpike-Series-Trash-Talking-Bonanza time! 
Here's a little morning music to get warmed up.
(As if there weren't already volumes upon volumes of reasons why NYC is superior to Philly, here's another one: unless I want to parody "Streets of Philadelphia" --and the thought crossed my mind--there are verrrry few Philly song options for me to work with.)

Now, this is a story all about how
The Yankees came and stole the crown,
And I'd like to take a minute,
Just hear me sing,
I'll tell you how we became the champs and the World Series king.
In west Philadelphia is where Phils played
CBP is where they had half of their games,
Teeing off, slugging, slaying the beasts,
Mets, Marlins, Nationals, yeah it's tough in the east,
When a team from New York,
Who was better than good,
Has plans of holding court in their neighborhood,
We got Game 1 Wednesday, the Bronx is afire,
Philly, be scared--cuz we're the Evil Empire.
You traded for Pedro, and you think that was wise?
"Who's your Daddy?" chants are just gonna fly,
If anything, we'll just laugh that Petey is done,
But nah, let's have at it, he's always good for some fun.
Yanks will close out the series 'bout game 4 or 5,
And we'll yell to the world, "Yo haters, we've arrived!"
We'll soon have our kingdom,
Our reign can begin,
As World Series champs, in just 4 more wins...!
