The guy who spent January through August robbing subway passengers -- he's still at large, by the way -- at least got up and went places to mug people. Now we have some cowboys who just wait at the station and pick riders off as they depart, the lazy bums. The first four guys above flocked the Fordham Road Station on the D line around lunchtime on September 24 and robbed a number of passengers. They all look pretty young. The man at right robbed a man at knifepoint in the Lorimer Street J train station at 8:30 in the morning last Friday. He's described as 18-20 and about 5'10" with short hair, a black jacket, black jeans and white sneakers.
