You know the old saw about "show business for ugly people"... well, we're not going to get into that: all the women on the list, like all women in general, are beautiful (and that goes double for #5, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, who is President of Argentina and our pants) . Of course, as we get down into the 100's, the more shallow-minded of us may find the pickings a bit slim. But tastes, like democracies, vary, and really who's to say? Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac, and here the two people rule!
