Jersey Security Guard Arrested for Alleged Threat Against Obama

gunpose.jpgPresident Obama was on his way to New Jersey to campaign for Jon Corzine, and Newark Airport security guard John Brek, a Republican and NRA member, was very excited. He talked to some of his colleagues at an airport coffee cart about it, and one of them reported the conversation to authorities who last night arrested Brek for threatening the President. Police found 43 registered guns at Brek's home, but this is not unusual as Brek is an avid hunter and you never know when you're going to need an extra firearm to take down a deer; besides, bringing guns to a Presidential appearance is now an American tradition. The exact nature of Brek's remarks is unknown and he denies making the alleged threats. Objections ("THIS IS CALLED A POLICE STATE BTW") have only begun to trickle in.
