Meghan McCain Titpic Uproar Continues Unabated

Meghan McCain posted this Twitpic, and you know what that means: Outrage! National coverage! "Meghan McCain Twitter Photo Sparks Controversy," says the Wall Street Journal. "The concept of simply not posting pictures of her breasts is not one she is familiar with," sniffs Alarming News. "Meghan's 15 minutes have long since expired," says Robert Stacy McCain at the American Spectator before observing, "I've never minded a gal 'with a little meat on her bones,' as we say down home."

McCain has her defenders, even on the right: "why should she say she's sorry for a PG-13 (and somewhat iconic-looking) photo?" says GOP-12. Also: "Hot and Dorky!" says BuzzHollywood. "Boobtastic!" says Google Max Searched.

CNN reported that McCain was ready to leave Twitter over the uproar. It seems not to have affected her other journalistic efforts, though. Meanwhile her posting seems to have spurred imitators. Will Twitter come under FCC scrutiny? Stay tuned!
