Old Man, Lawyer Guilty in Astor Trial
Anthony Marshall and his lawyer friend Francis Morrissey have been found guilty in the fraud trial pertaining to Marshall's famous rich mom, Brooke Astor. It looks like the 85-year-old Marshall will spend the rest of his life appealing the decision, or may spend his declining years falling down in a minimum-security prison. Yeah, these celebrity trials are really uplifting. But at least we got some fine rhetoric out of this one.
