Staten Island Man Drives into Backhoe, Dies

Duo K. Diggs, 28, was doing well for himself. From his humble beginnings as a Liberian immigrant in foster care at the Seamen's Society for Children and Families in Staten Island, he elevated and educated himself sufficiently to graduate from the College of Staten Island and become a Parent Advocate at the Society. He even had a Mercedes Benz, a 1996 model, which he plowed into a parked backhoe last night around 11:30 p.m.. He must have been going pretty fast because the crash killed him immediately. We believe this is his MySpace page, at which he calls himself "Ubermale." No word yet as to how Diggs failed to see the backhoe.
