When their publicists send you pictures of the Rockettes and King Kong on top of the Empire State Building, that's a sure sign holiday Christmas shopping season is here. The Radio City Christmas Spectacular officially opens tonight, too (though they started doing shows Friday -- must have been previews), and even the Times is pimping it. Now get out there and spend -- and don't wait for those rumored Apple Black Friday discounts; Steve Jobs isn't letting you off that easy.
