In Thursday's bizarre Times Square shootout that sent shoppers ducking for cover CD hawker Raymond Martinez was still strong enough to fight with cops while pinned down and suffering a mortal wound, the Post and Daily News say, based on witness accounts.
Before he died, cops had to pin him down and struggle to wrest a gun from him, according to witnesses.
