Falling Moose Head on Lower East Side Draws Lawsuit

It used to be dangerous to go to the Lower East Side. Now it's all Peaches and Herb. Unless in your revels you get hit on the head by a moose.

Raina Kumra says in a negligence lawsuit that on October 4th she went to the White Slab Palace at Delancey and Allen for some of that Scandinavian atmosphere that has people talking. The atmosphere included a 150-pound moose head, which allegedly fell from the wall and struck Kumra, causing a concussion and other injuries. Kumra, a global problem solver, claims negligence and wishes to be paid.

The moose head is said to have a 3-foot antler span. For some reason this reminds us of Woody Allen.
