A 27-year-old old woman told police that last Friday this man, Santiago Coba Sanchez, aka Jose Louis Hernandez, raped her on East 40th between Madison and Park. Police are taking her story seriously enough to send this picture around. He's in his 30's, about 5'8" and 180 pounds, with brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt, white T-shirt,and black jeans.
