Have You Seen... Traffic Patrol Tire-Slasher
About 50 seconds into this surveillance video, you can see somebody slashing the tires of an NYPD Parking Enforcement vehicle on St. Raymond Avenue in The Bronx on Monday. He hit four in all. Guy must have had a lot of tickets. Well, it could have been worse. All they can tell about him is that he's black and of medium build, and that he drove a "light-colored Toyota or Honda Mini-Van with a white triangle-shaped object on its roof." A delivery man?
