LOCATION: 668 East 161 St., The Bronx.
Kelvin Gladden, 25, of Union Avenue in the Bronx, was found shot in the head, neck and chest outside an East 161st Street building late Saturday. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was declared dead.
Gladden had 13 prior arrests, the Daily News noted.
