Tweets Breaking: Body Parts Found in Washington Heights

​WCBS' Lou Young tweets that a "decapitated body" has been found near High Bridge Park along the Harlem River Drive. WABC says there's a head, though -- part of an assemblage of "decomposing body parts" that have been discovered -- but they're not sure if they all fit together, pending investigation by the medical examiner.

"Note to self," says New York magazine's Meg Prossnitz, "don't go to highbridge park..."
