Antwon Tanner of One Tree Hill Gets 3 Months for Social Security Fraud

"hey yall sorry i aint been on here in a while," tweeted Antwon Tanner of the CW series One Tree Hill on January 8. "its been hectic." No doubt; yesterday he was sentenced to three months in prison in Brooklyn federal court for selling Social Security numbers, from which transactions he received $10,000.

Tanner, 33, pleaded guilty in August. His lawyer attributes Tanner's involvement in the scam to "stupidity," and says Tanner's house has been foreclosed upon. Tanner hasn't been fired from the show at this writing, on which he plays Antwon "Skills" Taylor, a basketball coach.
