Crotch-Bomber Abdulmutallab Indicted by Grand Jury on Six Counts
![]() |
The charges as reported by the Detroit Free Press are: "Attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction; attempted murder within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States; willful attempt to destroy and wreck an aircraft within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States; willfully placing a destructive device on an aircraft; and two counts [of] possession of a destructive device in furtherance of a crime of violence."
Though none of these charges have the word "terror" in them, like the kind brought against others who have misbehaved on planes and sometimes on the ground, Abdulmutallab could still get life in prison, until liberal activist judges intervene.
