Have You Seen... Nicely-Dressed Bank Robber

Two guys hit three banks on Monday, making them our first bank robbers of the year; this guy, black and in his 50s, and his accomplice are so far as we know the last ones of 2009. On December 28, they robbed the Capital One at East 34th Street. His accomplice, black and in his 30s, was in a tan canvas construction jacket and dark hoodie, but the lead perp, as you can see, looked the business in a dark suit, fedora and coat.
