Farraha Senquiz, 13, recently left her home in the South Bronx wearing black Ugg boots, blue jeans, and a purple-and-black plaid fur-trim coat, and has not been seen since. She is described in "poor mental condition." She's 5'5" and 115 pounds, with brown eyes.
