LOCATION: Intersection of Avenue O and West 6 Street, Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
The police have arrested a motorist after an unidentified man in his fifties was struck and killed while crossing the street at the above intersection.
Sergey Osadchuk, 35, of Avenue U in Brooklyn was driving a 2004 green Dodge minivan on West 6th Street Friday evening when he hit the pedestrian. Osadchuk was charged with vehicular manslaughter and drunk driving..
