LOCATION: 4th St and 27 Ave., Astoria, Queens.
The police say 22-year-old Kalif Canady, of 27th Avenue, was shot to death at the above intersection which is near the Astoria Houses, a public housing development. He was shot in the head. He was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
