LOCATION: In front of 151 East 149 St., Mott Haven, The Bronx.
Marcus Cruz, 27, of Brook Avenue in the Bronx was found stabbed once in the chest at the above location, the police say. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was declared dead. The police arrested 21-year-old Kevin Velasquez of East 156th Street in the Bronx. They charged him with second degree murder and illegal weapons possession.
