Orlando Salgado, 26, Stabbed While Defending a Teen From Thugs

Orlando Salgado, 26, of Decatur Street in the Bronx, was stabbed fatally outside the above address. He was stabbed at least twice in the chest. Paramedics took him to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was declared dead.
The Daily News reports that Salgado, a construction worker with two children, tried to defend a teenager from a group of young men when he was attacked.
"He was always good to me and everyone we knew," his brother, Jesus Salgado, told the News.
