Location: In front of 102 Convent Ave., West Harlem, Manhattan.
Richard Cedeno, 25, of West 134th Street, was sitting in his parked car just across the street from City College early today when someone walked up and started shooting. He was declared dead at St. Luke's Hospital. He had been shot several times in the chest. No arrests so far.
