NYPD Quote of the Day: "I'm Out There. King of My Domain"

From the precinct commander on October 28, 2008:
"Everybody loves the sector car. They don't want to walk on foot. Me, I like foot. I'm out there. King of my domain. Take over that block, that's my block, my house, alright?"
