From a sergeant, December 13, 2008:

"If you know if they don't belong in Stuyvesant Gardens or any housing buildings, you lock them up for criminal trespass. If they give you the story, hey, my aunt lives on the third floor, well, you're not with your aunt. You're not here legitimately."
