Police Seeking Man in Connection With Harlem Homicide

On March 18 at 12:50 a.m., Richard Cedeno, 25, of 527 West 134th Street, was sitting in a parked 2003 Honda Accord in front of 102 Convent Avenue when a man approached the vehicle and fired several shots into the passenger side.Cedeno was driven to St. Luke's Hospital where he was pronounced DOA with gunshot wounds to the torso.

The NYPD is now seeking the public's assistance in locating George Ventura, 23, of 65 East 233 Street, Bronx, New York, in connection with the homicide. Ventura, pictured, is approximately 5'8", 140 lbs., with dark skin and a scar on the right side of his face from his cheek to his neck
