If you had any doubt that oil and water don't mix ... here's your incontrovertible proof: Watch as Philippe Cousteau Jr. and Sam Champion "take a hazmat dive" into the Gulf -- a dip that seems to indicate that the toxic dispersant that BP has continued to use despite EPA demands doesn't even work, and may in fact make things worse for marine life.
This reminds us of what happens after a night of too many tequila shots. Except way, way worse. And there's no buzz.
