Police Seeking Suspects in Bronx Homicide

The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with a Bronx homicide that took place on Sunday. Cesar Santos, 48, was shot in the torso at 1:40 p.m. in front of 2857 Sedgwick Avenue, during a dispute with two men inside a Toyota Camry. The suspects fled, and Santos was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:25 p.m.

The suspects are described as two Hispanic males between 18 and 20 years of age. One, pictured, wore a white tank top and dark shorts; the other, obscured by the headrest, wore a Yankee baseball cap, a white tank top, and dark shorts.

Anyone with information is asked to call the New York City Police Department's Crime Stoppers hotline at 800-577-TIPS. You can also submit tips by logging on to the Crime stoppers website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or texting to 274637 (CRIMES) and entering "TIP577."
