Cleaning Cleveland: A LeBron James Photo Essay
Rolling Stone writer and pro shit-talker Matt Taibbi called the ESPN LeBron James special The Decision "a landmark moment in the history of human self-involvement." That's one of the most polite ways anyone has referred to the LBJ week-long free agency spectacle. Everyone is angry with how it turned out. (Everyone!) Try Will Leitch for the emotional take, or Deadspin for the analysis that includes the word "cocksucker." But no one is as angry as Cleveland Cavaliers fans and they're acting out. Let's just say on the stages of grief, they're on really, really freaking pissed. Take a look:

The Nike billboard, which has "dominated the city's skyline" for years, is coming down, as "pedestrians stopped on Ontario Street to take photos and cars pulled to the side for one last look at No. 23, who has gone from being a hometown hero to villain."

Rumors that James' (now ex-)teammate Delonte West was, ahem, having relations with LeBron's mother were bounced around toward the end of last season as a possible explanation of the King's lackluster play. Now, it's a punchline. And it's for sale.
