Rush Limbaugh Issues Sadly Predictable Racist Comments Re: George Steinbrenner

Thumbnail image for rush limbaugh.jpg
Rush Limbaugh has decided that someone wants him to comment on George Steinbrenner's death, and, oh-no-he-doesn't (yes, he does), let forth some ridiculous and entirely inappropriate sentiments, such as, "That cracker made a lot of African-American millionaires" and "He fired a bunch of white guys as managers, left and right." You know, pretty much what you'd expect from Rush and/or, say, Mel Gibson.

The most interesting part, though, is where he says, "Steinbrenner hasn't been himself for the past two or three years," and we just have to say, Isn't that the pot calling the kettle...something? (Not that we want Rush to be himself, but we're noting something of a downward spiral. You just keep smoking that cigar, big guy.) Audio from Media Matters.
