Summer Streets (and Dumpster Pools) Open Saturday!
The first of NYC's Summer Streets series happens tomorrow from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., which means, maybe set an alarm or something to take advantage? This is the third year in a row for Summer Streets, in which Park Avenue (and connecting streets) are closed to cars from the Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park (with lots of rest stops in between) and can be owned in full by the bike-riding/walking/running/Segway-scooting people of New York City! Plus, dumpster pools! 
If you happen to be Hamptons-ing or some such this weekend, you can do the Streets thing on the 14th and 21st as well.
