Happy Now? Koran Burned at 'Ground Zero'
Bucky Turco of Animal New York was at the scene and comes in with the exclusive: Some idiot, desperate for press (but not that one!) went ahead and destroyed a Koran blocks from the World Trade Center site. After a mostly quiet morning protest-wise, things quickly heated up blocks from the World Trade center site. A man who refused to give his name, burned and tore out some pages from a Koran at the corner of Park Place and Church Street.
And here it seemed we'd reached our idiocy quota for the week (year?). Incoming...
