Katy Perry's Real Boobs Coming to The Simpsons
Elmo couldn't quite grasp the Katy Perry breast situation, so her racy figure skater get-up got her edited out of Sesame Street. You know what they say: for every chesty pop star, there's a children's show that's tired of screwing her. But there on the rebound is another show with yellow characters, The Simpsons, which will feature Perry in an upcoming episode. The twist, though, is that Perry's body is cartoon enough so as to make drawing her redundant. Instead, she'll appear in a live action scene.

EW.com has learned that Perry will guest in a Christmas-themed episode of the animated comedy--and in an unusual way: She appears as herself in a live-action segment that features Simpsons characters as puppets. "In the wake of Elmo's terrible betrayal, the Simpsons puppets wish to announce they stand felt-shoulder-to-shoulder with Katy Perry," quipped series executive producer Al Jean in a statement to EW.com. Not only does the singer wind up leading Homer & Co. in a rendition of "The 39 Days of Christmas," she plays the unlikely role of... Moe's girlfriend! Yes, from Elmo to Moe she goes.
Getting by without her six-years-old and under fans, Perry also appeared on Saturday Night Live last night as the musical guest, where she also made light of Elmo-gate:
