New York City Declares Official "Marriage Equality Day" at Wedding March
Today marks the 7th annual New York City Wedding March, presented by Marriage Equality New York. Village Voice man Steven Thrasher is on the scene and sending dispatches, including this picture of the cast of Real Housewives in New York dressed in gowns. More importantly, Thrasher reports that Council Speaker Christine Quinn announced that by City Council proclamation, today is officially Marriage Equality Day in New York City.
