Ex-comptroller Alan Hevesi will plead guilty today to charges of official misconduct, sources are saying this morning. He will appear before a judge at 100 Centre Street to cop to a felony-level charge that could mean up to four years in prison.

It's not clear yet what the former city and state top moneyman is admitting, but it's likely it stems from the $75,000 in travel expenses he accepted from a West Coast moneyman who also pled guilty in the massive pension fund swindle unearthed by Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's team over the past year.
