Ja Rule Pleads Guilty to Gun Rap

​The AP says rapper Ja Rule pleaded guilty to a July 2007 gun possession charge in Manhattan supreme court this morning.

Cops found the loaded, semiautomatic weapon when he was pulled over for speeding three years ago. He was reportedly promised a two-year prison sentence in exchange for his plea and will remain free on bail until sentencing. [SH]
