New Yorkers Eating Worse, With More Denial; Sidewalk Sinkhole on Delancey; Fires Break Out in East Village

• New Yorkers (and Americans in general) are eating worse than they think they are, according to a new Consumer Reports poll. 90 percent said their diets were healthy, and yet ate a bunch of crap. And then there are those of us who know full well our diets are not healthy. Two slices of cold pizza and coffee does not a day make. We're working on that. [NYDN]
