And it hasn't even been built yet! We showed you the initial plans for 347-349 Bowery, once a Salvation Army, from architect Gene Kaufman after a $7.6 million sale to the Louzon Group, but that was just a working draft. Now, the Observer has Kaufman's updated vision, which includes "light up balconies that will shimmer at night," or in the words of Curbed, "glowing red tumors."
